I'm 62 - I waslucky enough to have stumbled onto a couple of things that led to my being in much
better shape at this age than I ever dreamed. I'm hoping to motivate others through my physical
condition to follow my advice on how to develop an exericse habit - it's so easy most people won't
take it seriously - but the real motivators that keep you going in the long run are fun and music.

its funny how for some of these shows clapton busts out his old licks from the cream days, yet otherwise he seems to have really abandoned em... lol shame, they were pretty sick : P but still, cant complain about what came afterwards hahaa

Eric is great on this, he's the only one who seems to care. Bruce is phoning it in, and Baker never really showed any of his old self in the RAH shows anyway.
